Our journey began with extensive site preparation, including excavation and laying deep foundations. The core of the home was constructed using traditional brick and block methods to ensure longevity. Our in-house team of certified plumbers and electricians then ran all necessary pipework and wiring. Interior work involved expert plastering to create flawless walls, followed by custom joinery. The Exelixis team managed every single trade, from roofing to flooring, ensuring perfect coordination and a build that was completed on time and on budget.
Project 2: The Richmond Kitchen Remodel
A complete remodel of a dated kitchen into a modern, functional culinary space.
What We Did
The project started with a full strip-out of the old kitchen, including the removal of a non-structural wall to open up the area. Our electricians re-routed all wiring for new LED lighting and appliances, and the plumbing was reconfigured. Our team then fitted sleek, handleless cabinets, a durable quartz worktop, and meticulously tiled the floor and splashback. The final touches included installing state-of-the-art appliances and a full re-plaster and decoration.

What We Did
After securing planning permissions, we constructed the extension's shell, installing large bi-fold doors supported by a significant structural steel beam. What We Did
The first step was reinforcing the floor joists. Our plumbing team expertly ran new hot and cold water lines and a soil pipe. The electrical team installed all new wiring for heating, ventilation, and safety-rated lighting. Once the services were in place, we fully insulated, plasterboarded, and waterproofed the room. Our tilers laid elegant porcelain tiles, and finally, we installed a modern three-piece suite, transforming a forgotten room into a vital part of the home.

What We Did
The project began with the complete excavation of the old garden. Our team then laid and compacted a deep sub-base of crushed stone to create a stable and durable foundation. We installed a modern, linear drainage system to ensure efficient rainwater runoff. The driveway was finished with high-quality, charcoal-grey block paving stones, laid in a stylish herringbone pattern with a contrasting border to frame the driveway and add a touch of elegance.
